Can anybody recommend a sub zero glove that works, or am i going to have to persuade the better half that the assos lobster glove system really is worth £90! I commute every day and am starting to suffer more when it's icey.

I reckon Specialized Radiants might be in with a shout.

It was minus 2 when I set off yesterday and probably rose to a whopping zero. My hands were fine in my Altura Night Vision Gloves.

Now if they only made them for my feet.........................

Minus thirty five Celsius.

And in a Climatic chamber with a wind machine blowing on the car, -35 was like -45 with the windchill.

Full Arctic suits and cryo gloves.

+1 for Altura Night Vision gloves.

Wore them last weekend during a long ride through freezing fog, and although my other extremities all got cold, my hands were still nice and warm.

Specialized Sub-Zero gloves, separate inner and outer, so 3 in 1 gloves for under £30, I have yet to need the inner and outer together even when its -4, much better (warmer) than my Assos winter glove set that cost 3 times as much and lasted only one winter before falling apart.

Night Vision Gloves didn't work for me... :wahhey:

I have Am-fib ones that are quite good. But then I suffer from Reynaulds Syndrome.

Got these a month ago - on a very cold snap about 2 weeks, they still left me with frozen digits. I have a pair of lobster gloves for the really cold days - got them in a shop in Canada.
