Best lock for an awkward location

I've got a new bike that isn't particularly expensive (£300). I live on the 3rd floor (top) of a flat with a metal fence next to a big window I can lock my bike onto.

What would be the best lock in my situation (under £30). I've been looking at this:

Are you locking it outside. A 30 quid lock might deter a pro thief for 30 secs. Make sure the bike is insured. Can you not lock it up inside?

It's inside three floors up inside a flat.

I am guessing this is in a communal stairway or landing, make sure the cable goes through both wheels and frame. +1 for insurance

Get a second lock as well and you'll be set up no problem. Even a cheap combination one. Kryptonite locks are a good choice.
