Best glue for re-attaching tubular tyre base tape

I have an old tub and the base tape is coming away at the edges...2-3mm.....looked on line and advice is mixed.....latex glue [Copydex]?....Barge Cement?.....Any suggestions from the tub gurus on cyclechat.would be appreciated...thanks y'all.

Replace the base tape in its entirety [which still begs the question of what adhesive to use] or replace the tub?

What about Browns Tyres....they must stick the base tape back after doing a repair?

All of the adhesives you mentioned will work just fine. No need to get the "best" just use whatever is readily available to you at the least cost and fuss.
