I have actually thought that about a lot of beer cans of late and Cwtch is one of the standout ones.
The article mentioned only Cwtch but you're right, a lot of beers seem to be sailing close to the wind.Was the ruling specific to just the one beer in their range? Sugar Rush would appear way more vulnerable to criticism, what with having the word sweetshop on the bottle, along with images of sweets.
