I am going to give it a full shot this weekend, tried it today but slipped up on dried leaves in my garden so need to do it properly.

Nah, it's all about VO2Max now for me

I last did a bleep test aged 16 and got 15. I don't like them too much because of the turn... I'm happy in the knowledge that I can comfortably run a 17:30 5km which has the average speed of about level 18/19.

After years of cycling and nothing else i can't run very far without the legs suffering badly

I'm not sure that is average speed of 19 (At least of the one I downloded) ..... but that is still VERY fast.... works out less than a 6 min mile pace

Do this every year at work 8.6 no problem ,be careful when doing this exercise the twisting at every turn is not good for the knees!!!

knees have been on fire today after going to just 10.3 before slipping up (go me for doing it on a leafy garden) .....

Looks like I shall do this once a month tops
