Bearings for Fulcrum Racing Sport DB front wheel

Replaced the bearings for my front and rear Fulcrum Racing Sport DB wheels a year ago and they are already grinding. I could just replace them with the same again but I am told NSK bearings are superior quality. Would anyone happen to know the bearing number for these?
The ones I am using at present are:
RT-004 front wheel
4-R5-004 rear wheel
Any info/comment would be greatly appreciated.

Any bearings with those sizes from any of the good bearing companies will do (SKF, FAG, NTN, NSK etc)

30x18x7 for the front

28x12x8 for the rear
