That's a TT ring. The Stronglight rings are laser engraved and the edges all machined lovely. The dural ones are cheaper, but more simple.

IMO Shimano chainrings are smoother shifting and more positive than others - I've gone from Shimano Ultegra to Stronglight and the Ultegra is far superior.
