Although such BB spline tools come in one "size" (20 splines), they come in all kinds of configuration. The one you linked to is good because a) it is short so it does not exert a large bending moment, and b) unlike some it allows you to use an M8 1mm fine thread bolt (say 25mm long) and a washer or two to secure the tool onto the BB spindle to stop tool slipping off the shallow splines when you use it. IMHO the latter is important*. You can get such a a bolt on
ebay (but not B&Q) for peanuts.
* Some suggest using a QR skewer for hollow square tapered BB spindles, but unfortunately square tapered BBs with hollow spindles are not common. Standard crank bolts are usually too short for the purpose.
