Guys
After long searches on web and you tube park gcn etc im still struggling to identify my BB.. so it's over to you educated people
What I know for sure
S works cranks 30mm diameter
Bearings are 30x42
BB width is 62mm
A webpage suggests this is a specialised OSBB due to the 62mm
Its not threaded as theres no spines or notches on the surface
What I am assuming right or wrong as I dont know really
If it's a press fit
I cannot see internally a lip where the two sleeves go into each other ....
Also I can see a hole in the bottom where theres a thread for the bolt under BB that secures the cable guide sledge ...I'm assuming if it was press fit sleeves then this hole would be covered by the tubes ???
Internally there is stickers on which would indeed suggest it is press fit tubes as I see no reason why manufactures would put stickers inside the bare frame ?
If its bearings pressed into the frame again I cannot really see tbe gap in the circlip type washers to stop the bearings going in too far ??
Theres a carbon type lay pattern clearly visible through full length of BB with a very smooth finish
SoI'm at a loss
Im not stripping anything out as im just greasing it all up for winter however I would like to know so as to be prepared for the future removal if that occurs ...
So I'm after BB indent
And what puller type tool would I need to extract the BB in future
Thanks greatly
Also when the BB is identified what puller would be needed to remove it
