Battery advice

I'm a bit dumb when it comes to electronics, so I hope someone can help....

I need to get a replacement rechargeable battery for my Exposure Flare. The dud one is RCR123A 3.7v 700mAh. A quick web search comes up with some at 750mAh. Will that still work okay - both in the light and in the charger?

Can anyone recommend a trusted supplier?

Maplin has them at 700mAh, but their site suggests they are 3v (and they're £10 each).

the mAh just means the Maplin batteries have a slightly higher capacity (hold more charge) than the original. £10 seems a bit steep; I'd suggest looking at the 7dayshop
