As seen here anyone ever use one? Are they any good? Doesn't seem to be much info about them on the net.

I bought this http://www.pedalscyclecentre.co.uk/products.php?plid=m2b34s74p603 the other week and Mrs Parsley is very pleased with it, so I'm sure the one you have in mind is going to be pretty good too, cos you can take em off the bike and they look as good as a regular bag. Unlike normal panniers, which invariably look awful and are impossible to carry around
