Barrosa Monza - any thoughts?

A friend's got a budget of around £200 to spend on a road bike and he's seen this; http://www.bikes2udirect.com/B4049.html?specs=1

Any thoughts? - it'd be replacing a budget MTB.

Hope he doesn't have to many hills - 52/42 front double is some tough gearing.

I think if £200 is the limit, I'd be tempted to get a better, secondhand bike. I've practically given away bikes that cost over £500 in the past, after I'd got a few years use out of them and decided to go upmarket.
