Bargain or not?

Just got back into cycling after a long lay off for a number of reasons ive just bought this cheap on gumtree never had a raleigh since the 80s it has a carbon fork sora and tiagra gearing ulterga flight deck brake/gearing i paid 80quid just wondering what you guys think

You could easily have paid £200 for that, and still be happy.

must admit more i look at it etc gearing yea not the best but not cheapest either i agree i have got a bargain very chuffed

That's a great bargain. I wouldn't change the wheels just now. I'd ride it as it is to make sure you stick at it.

I hope you checked that the person that sold it had all the receipts for it, I would for your sake hate it to be a nicked bike.

Still having the receipt for a say, eight year old bike, is a tall order.

Only receipt he had was for new brake cables brake pads etc to be honest most of my receipts go in bin after any warrantys etc have ran out if it comes back to bite me in the bum at least i have his addy
