Pulling through
After seeking and getting some advice on bike fit in this thread - thanks again lads! - I'm set on trying some deda newton deep drops to give me the extra reach and space in the drops I need. Whilst I'm at it I might complement them with some better brake levers to replace the adequate but flimsy feeling tektro ones currently in place.

I've read campy levers suit the bars but have a couple of questions i'm hoping you can help me with.

Would there be any issues using campagnolo levers with my existing tektro brakes? Would changing levers affect the overall reach? Are there any other levers anyone could recommend? Does none of this really matter?

I'd be running all this on a single speed so no need for integrated shifters.

Cheers.

Different levers will indeed have different reaches due to hood shape.

Campag should be fine fundamentally speaking, they are compatible in the widest sense.

The pull of the levers may not be optimal for the given calipers, however this is usually a case of it being non-optimal rather than that it won't work. It would most likely work to a more than adequate degree.
