What professional cyclist has been banned the most times, and what have they been banned for.

Just been reading up on him on wikipedia, my goodness you would have to dope some to beat his rap sheet.
Amazing stuff, but at least the sport is testing for these things and catching riders who cheat.

Do you think doping is used more in pro cycling than other sports, or do other sports not test enough or to the same degree?

I think doping has the most profound effects on cycling, you can make up for a lack of skill with sheer power in a way you can't with, say, tennis or football. Although you do get quite a few footballers dropping on the turf with heart attacks..
