i've just done my second ride following a 2 month layoff (54k@26.5kph) and, despite some coughing, i quite fancy the hilly club run tomorrow, which should run at a more sociable pace.
should i go or should i hold back and not do too much too soon? i think my legs are strong enough but it's my stamina that has taken a hit.
