Hi, sorry for any wrong terminology.
I have a problem with my back wheel. When peddling there is a strange noise from the back wheel hub (like intermittant but regular grating) and the bottom chain deraileur keeps bobbing up and down when freewheeling.
But the thing that worries me more is that the cluster that is the gear cassette seem to have a lot of play on them. I mean that when I take the wheel off I can move the cassette assembly about 3mm up and down.
Question: is this normal and if not, can I fix it. If not, what the hell is the problem. I should mention that it is a mountain bike, not used much, quite new and not ridden down (or deffinitely not up) mountains.
Any ideas welcome.
