Up for sale is my 2009 Bacchetta Giro 26 recumbent bike. (also advertised on Cycling UK Forum)
I'm the second owner, having had the bike for almost exactly 7 years. It's not cosmetically perfect but functionally everything is in very good working order. Size-wise this is the medium with twin 26" wheels and to give you an idea of fit, I'm 5'11". A shorter rider would need to move the seat forward (and therefore higher), and a taller rider would need to move it back and potentially have too much weight over the rear wheel. This all depends on seat angle too and I have it set at an angle that I feel provides a good balance between aerodynamics and hill climbing ability.
Main Points
Price: I honestly have no idea what this bike is worth but I'm going to say £850 ONO.
Location: Perth. Viewings are welcome. I'm not keen on attempting to package and ship this thing if at all possible, but could look into it if the buyer is happy to pay.
I've no doubt missed some crucial information so any questions are welcome. Otherwise, here are some pictures.
ICE Side Pods

Bottle bosses on both sides of the seat
Alex DA16 wheelset - not flashy but very reliable
And for an idea of size, here's me on the bike (with the One-For-All bag on the back of the seat):

Main Points
- Handlebar is from a Bacchetta Corsa, these being more aerodynamic and a better fit with the Euromesh seat than the standard Giro bar.
- The original foam pad (pictured) is provided though I never used that, instead using a finer foam pad that is now worn out.
- I've left attached the headrest I made out of a strip of aluminium and some foam, which I felt the bike needed for long rides.
- The rubber grip of the twist shifter for the front is pretty worn but still works perfectly well.
- Shimano Deore hydraulic disc brakes are a major upgrade over the original Avid cable discs that the bike came with. The Deores seem to need very little maintenance and the stopping power is excellent.
- No pedals provided - I'd highly recommend using some form of clipless pedal.
- I'm not sure of the weight of the bike but it's not a lightweight, though this doesn't stop it from being quick on flat or rolling terrain.
- The tyres have a few thousand miles on them but they look like they'll do a few thousand more before needing replaced.
- I'm also including a Bacchetta One-For-All bag that slides over the Euromesh seat and ICE Side Pods (that I previously used with my ICE Sprint trike) that happen to work well with this bike.
- Steel frame + alloy fork
- Bacchetta Euromesh seat + homemade headrest
- Shimano Deore hydraulic disc brakes
- Sram X-7 mechs & twist shifters
- FSA Omega crankset with 52/42/30 rings
- Shimano HG-50 9 speed 12-27 cassette
- Sram PC970 (or 971, not sure) 9 speed chain, well, three of them!
- Alex DA16 wheelset
- Schwalbe Marathon Racer 26x1.5" tyres
- Topeak bar extender for mounting of lights
- Mirror (can't remember what kind it is but it's a bit scratched and could do with replacing)
- Bacchetta One-For-All bag (sorry have realised I don't have a picture of this but it's in very good condition and you can see an example here: https://bacchettabikes.com/product/bag-one-for-all-ofa/
- ICE Side Pods
