I'm doing a semi-rebuild of the bike above and just need some help I'm going in the right direction.

A video for the bike is here

and the hub it takes is here http://www.amazon.com/SRAM-Dualdrive-2-36H-Disc-135mm/dp/B0025UAO5E/ref=pd_sim_sbs_sg_2

As I don't have the hub (& it's expensive to buy) I take it that I would have to

a) remove the clickbox, 8 speed dual drive derailleur, & right handle click shifter
b) remove the chainset and crank arms

And then replace them with ( I have the 8 speed cassette)
a) 8 speed rear & front derailleur
b) a pair of new 8 speed shifters & grips
c) triple 8 speed chainset (with square taper)

On my photo bucket link http://s1265.photobucket.com/albums/jj503/cavity35/account2/

there is a picture of the bottom bracket shell, what is the equipment put on it
that you thread the derailleur cables through? do you get that when you buy a derailleur?

Regards cycleman (sorry for rambling)

do you mean a BB cable guide? If so, then no - it doesn't come with the mech.
