B Twin Sport road bike advice

Hi all at the grant old age of 65 my dad has decided to get a road bike and has been offered one of these and i know nothing about them so hoping for your help if possible.

B-twin are Decathlon own brand bikes.

Decent entry level road bike, the components are all OK, if low end.

Nothing wrong with the bike, but do check the price as it wouldn't have been expensive when new (the equivalent 2011 model with slightly better components is currently 280 quid).

Thanks all,does anyone happen to know what year it is,apparantly he wants £150 for it?

Sport 1 was sold until 2011

The older ones have a black rear derailleur (Shimano 2200) The newer ones have a silver rear derailleur (Shimano 2300)

The newer 2300 shifters have a little perspex window in them to see gear selected, the 2200 shifters don't.
