That is very nice. Doesn't look like it'll need much to get it into roadworthy condition. About late sixties? Love the huge reflector. Chrome rims don't look too bad, get some appropriate brake blocks as it won't stop in the wet! Take it apart, lube it and install new cable and you're good to go. Tyres too if they're perished. Careful of braking from the suicide levers as they won't be too effective.
