Sorry for the banal question but I was just wondering if anyone has ever ordered online from AW? I know it's a bricks-and-mortar shop as well which allays some concerns!

i live a few miles away from them, great guys.
you shouldnt have any problems except their online site looks a bit tired.

Agreed, they should be OK. Nice people, they took £1200 of my cash in exchange for a bicycle!
Have ordered a few bits from them over the phone and they arrive very promptly.
