I don't think any of those websites give a very accurate reading. I may be doing something massively wrong but I put the stats from the race I did last weekend, working on the basis it was pan flat, which it definitely wasn't (more a 'sporting' course with 1 mile climb to finish). It was a Reg A, 100k run off at 42kph and those sites were giving a power output of 370 watts. I know bunch riding means you save watts but there was no way I put out that amount of watts even when I'm trying to get off the front.
I've done winter training rides where we've been turning it out at 40k for long sections and the guys with power taps have said they're usually around the 310 mark when they're on the front, dipping to 260 ish when they're sheltered. Of course none of that matters if you can't keep up, which is why I don't use power meters.
