Avenir one piece pannier set

Avenir one piece panniers, suit commuter bike or small shopping trips. Multi pockets, all zips work. Not fully waterproof.
Probably about 10 yrs old, grey paint? mark on top otherwise clean. No holes. Rack not included.

@Ridgeback Roller am I correct in thinking they attach with two buckles at the top and then one at the bottom on each side and for added security there are four cloth straps on each corner?

It's two buckles either side at the top plus four cloth straps at the corners and another cloth strap each side at the bottom. I didn't use them for long ( they came attached to a cheap commuter 'worst of the winter' bike purchase) as they aren't fully waterproof and really do need the bottom cloth straps to be attached to the rack to stop the panniers bouncing around. So not as quickly detachable as I would like.

Aww that is a shame, great for a touring bike where they don’t need to come off but not very good for a shopping bike or commuter bike.
