Avatar & pic disabling theme

Hi

I am sure there used to be a way of setting my default theme or viewing options to be 'SFW' and block all avatars, pics, etc.? Was soemthing changed or the option to enable a safe for work theme or set of viewing options moved? If somebody could point me to where I need to go to set this up it would be much appreciated I tried hunting through all the settings and options pages but can't find a way or disabling avatars and all pics.

@Sittingduck, another option is to configure your browser to block all images from www.cyclechat.net, which I think would have the effect you're looking for?
