Author Edna O'Brien dies.

Irish author Edna O' Brien had died aged 94.
A wonderful writer. I read and loved her novel 'The Country Girls' when I was younger.
Many of her books were banned and even burnt in Ireland . A real trail blazing writer.

She only recently re-opened the nearby Scarriff library, after it being refitted.
