I saw that yesterday - absolutely nothing the cyclist can do about it. I am glad it has resulted in prison - wouldn't it be great if it made proper headlines like Charlie Alliston. 2 year driving ban it pitiful though.

It says in the article he was a professional mountaineer, and had taken a group of 30 on a trek up Snowdon. No mention of mtb's.
