At last!

The GP reckons I have a problem with the deltoid muscle, where it joins my upper arm.
I've had this for several months now and was put on the (long) waiting list for physio.
I was going to call a sports physio today to make a private appointment as it's killing me and disrupting my biking sleep etc. It's even getting difficult to tie my bike shoes brush my hair!

BUT...I came home to a letter yesterday saying they could now offer me an appointment.
I called them and am being seen on Monday

Good luck with that, and hopefully physio works well. I'm back to mine next week for the leg rebuild, can't wait Though of course if he says I should start cycling again ASAP I'll be well happy
