Bin raking has thrown up a prickly issue of "whose needles are they?". Astana appear to have had equipment capable of being used for transfusions with DNA of 7 folk, which is against WADA rules, during this year's TdF. There is no formal accusation of doping though, although team members face questioning and Astana remain the main focus of teh investigation.
