Assos shorts: Sizing & F1 Uno v's Mille

Tried on some Assos bibshorts today. I have a couple of questions that I am hoping someone may be able to answer:

I found the Medium to be the best fit in the leg and waist but felt that they were pulling a bit on the shoulders. Are they designed to pull when walking in and will they ease any with use?

The Mille pad feels slightly thicker than the Uno which is described as a general purpose short. What is the better one to buy?

Cam the shorts are designed for the tuck position so this is normal when walking.

The mille bibs are a long distance or allday short.

Is there a noticeable difference in comfort between the Uno and the Mille?

I've got 5 pairs of the mille 4 are the old style and 1 new. I haven't tried the uno.

Last year i did a 158 mile night ride no problems.
