It may be that the wheel is illegal, but winning by a 2 minutes 41 margin suggests that he might just have been the best cyclist on the day

Well I think it's good news.

Really hacked me off when he pipped me on the line. I was on a beach crusier so got a good look at him, and could TELL that wheel was hookey.

I could be wrong (usually am) but I think wiggo holds it currently at 17:58.

Dangerfield is second at 18:19 according to the CTT site.
