Arguably an interesting spec - from that fleeting period where STI shifters were becoming a thing but lugged steel was still a popular frame material. The groupset looks like 8sp 105 SC (1993-1999); the first iteration to get STI shifters.
It looks like a nice, quality bike with Columbus tubing and was likely fairly pricey when new given the groupset.
Apparently pretty nice as-is, but of course having 8sp STIs it would take a more modern groupset without the need for frame mods etc.
It's only just down the road and were it not far too small I'd be all over it tbh
