Hi all, got my new Campagnola Zondas in the post today. Just about to fit them but decided to give them a rotation or two to see how beautifully they rolled. Held the freehub and immediately noticed they seemed notchy, and that the freehub was vibrating in my hand. Also they didnt spin for as long as I was expecting.

I am guessing they are faulty but before I make an arse of myself by sending hem back to Wiggle is there anything that might need adjusting? Guessing they are not supposed to be like this. Many thanks.

Put them on the bike and roll them. See if there is any difference.

Campag freehubs used to be renowned for the loud noise they made.

It's there as you ride along to give you a constant reminder that you made the right choice.

Well I've sent them back, can't think they were right, the freehub was so notchy when turning even on the bike when pedalling you could feel it, I suppose I cold have given them chance to loosen up but then I might have had an issue sending them back... Gutted was so excited.
