Hi,

I'm new to both cycling to work and cycling forums :-)

One of the reasons for me buying a bike and cycling to work, is to become more fit and healthy :-)

I have seen some fitness bands that track your activity, I.e. Jawbone Up etc. But can't see one that is good for cycling. Does anyone use or know of one that is good for this purpose?

Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated :-)

I have looked at Strava and will download it. Thanks :-) I do a lot of walking as well and wanted something to calculate all of my exercise for the whole day. I don't know if Strava would do that? Also, it would mean leaving gps on all day which uses data and drains the battery :-( I've just seen a new type of fitness band called Amiigo... Looks great for all types of activity, including cycling :-) Anyone had any experience with this one?
