Anyone used Dealextreme??

I ordered a couple of light fittings from them on 8th Nov. I still haven't got them. The ETA on order tracking keeps changing. Its a good job they were not Chrismas presents. Has anyone actually ordered stuff and got it in a reasonable time. If I ever get them I will probably not use this company again.

I paid for two of the light fittings and they took about a week to arrive.

Thanks for the quick replies. I ordered two of the Fenix ones. I assume they haven't got them in stock and are waiting to be supplied themselves.

About a month ago I ordered an iPhone FM transmitter (dead cheap) plus some other bits and bobs and it took about 10 days to come.

And just today I've ordered some torch mounts as I've now bought some (more) of the unbelievably good Tesco 3W Cree torches. Got the torches for 8 quid today

Still not got the items!! Order tracking now says ETA 10 Jan. Considering they had the money on 8th Nov I don't consider this good service.

Not heard of dealextreme but, out of interest, looked up www.dealextreme.co.uk and the site is down.......... the www. .com site is up but is U.S. based.

It's the .com site that's under discussion. It's Hong Kong based but prices stuff in US $.
It's a handy source of all sorts of useful bits and pieces that are either much cheaper than Europe, or very hard to find.

Ordered a few things from it, memory cards and the like. All arrived ok. The returns procedure is a nightmare though.
