couldnt get them to work on my old bike due to lack of clearance but wonder if they will work on the dale which has lots more clearance but larger 25c tyres.

Just fitted a set to my Cube which has 25c Schwalbe Luganos and it clears the larger tyre with a bit of careful setting up. I was worried about the size as the description said only suitable for up to 23c. Not sure how you mount the top sections though, as it uses a cable tie to slip over the calliper mounting bolts.

Yeah, should be fine, I've put those on both my synapses with 25's no probs and I don't think the geometry has changed significantly.

After about 2 hours of fiddling and faffing I have got the back one perfect no rubbing and sits great. Front one still rubbing and squeaking a bit more faffing required.

Bike and rider about 95% cleaner

Luckilly theres more carp weather due for my road trials^_^

Fun aren't they.. Took just under two hours for me too, but mine are the other way around to yours, the front seems fine, but I'm not happy with the fit on the rear. Rode home in the rain last night and I have to say that I am pleased with them, especially for the price you pay for them. Plus I like that they look unobtrusive when fitted.

Couldn't stand them on my synapse, there's clearance for proper guards though really fiddly to fit.
Raceblades only lasted a few days till o-ring on front fork pinged off from being very tight.

Bike after a wet and dirty 30 miler

Amazingly clean. I had some dirty water spatter on my lower legs but not one dirty drop above my knees.

Of course mudguards cant cope with every situation.

As long as I breathe, I attack.
Never understood why people struggle with cruds, replaced the front one the other day in under 10 minutes with no issues and the back one was a similar time to set up .
