Yep, looks like an Aliante to me. I used to have one, though it not with the blingy carbon base. Horrible. Never got on with it.

Aliante Twin Flex Carbon I believe. There is also an Aliante Gamma which is about a third of the price!

I've got one on my Bianchi and it is pretty good (especially as its celeste and matches the bike ).
