Hi I have recently acquaried this bike and am restoring it with my son. I has two stickers on it one says Viscount another Mistral but I do not seem to be able to locate it on the net. I have included pics

Fairly low rent. Possibly later than you think, maybe even 90's, The also did a folding one based upon the same beam frame you have, which I think was called the Space Master. I think they were still making that style of bike beyond the turn of the century.

I wasn't aware that Viscount ever made a small wheel shopper. If it's as drago says from the nineties it was after they folded do maybe someone bought the name,?
