Hi,

I ordered a Canull Ottawa this week (a £300 hybrid). My partner bought one 2 weeks ago too and I simply cannot find another bike that has the same spec for the same price, so I got them to order one in from another store. I questioned the guys in store about the make because, as you say, there is nothing on the internet. They said that they weren't sure where they were made either, just that a load of them were ordered in and they are very impressed with the spec. I would go for it, if it fits the bill for what you want. Hope that helps!

And what is the spec?

I don't know much about them my lbs has recently started getting these bikes. my lbs usually has bikes from the cheaper end of the market these bikes appear to be the same sort of price but the components are a little better quality. They are made in turkey at least the frames are. assembled with shimano alivio or deore and sold over here according to my local shop they sell a lot on ctw but then they would say that. Other than that I have no info

for £300 all bikes will be made on the cheap in the far east so if it looks good I'd go for it.

They are definitely turkish according to my lbs and he appears to sold most of the canulls he had in stock, they do appear very good for the price

Hi,

I have the Canull Detroit Hybrid and find it a very good bike for the money. At £350 it is fairly light, comes with lockable front forks (which is a god send and can between in seconds), Shamano alivio gears (I think) and Hydrolic disc breaks. I have been using it for over 6 month and have had no issues with it.

Incidently I have just put a deposit on a Canul Ottawa for my son. Looked very well equiped for £400.

Yeah but more stuff is out on the market that aint on the internet. You don't know about it cos it ain't on the internet

I deal in stuff on a daily basis that aint on the internet. It annoys me when people say 'Look on the internet ' likes the whole worlds information is available on it. Far from the truth.

Sorry for the rant. :/
