Anyone heard of a frame builder called Wally Watkins ?
I read a very brief mention of him - and I thought that he had a memorable name for a frame builder. I assume he did build his frames; of course, he might have bought them in.
I believe he had a shop in Liverpool; what were his frames/bikes like ? I can't find any reference to them anywhere.
The owner of a bike shop in Chester also had a memorable name - Claude Crimes ? Anyone remember him ? Did he make his own frames, or 'buy them in' ?
