Anyone ever sent Assos stuff back for repair?

Today I had a bit of a tumble involving some mud and wet leaves, the result being I had a slide along the road and ended up with some muddy stains on a white Assos jersey, also got two small holes in the rear pockets as well.

I'm sure I've read in the past posts from people who've sent them things back with favourable results, can anyone confirm this for me?

I've always wondered where Assos draw the line regarding damage, wear and tear etc. I mean, can I send my shorts back after three years of close contact with my fragrant bottom and ask them to replace the pad ?
