I live in Surrey and my parents have a house in Norfolk.

I want to ride there.

So, about 160 miles or so... anyone got any good routes, suggestions etc.

I shall be staying somewhere overnight BTW.

This is the route of the Dunwich dynamo from Hackney to Dunwich. I am sure you could tweak it according depending on whereabouts in Norfolk.

surrey>gravesend/tilbury ferry>basildon> then it depends on where in Norfolf yu are heading to...but if it's say Kings lyn head up to Dunmow>thaxted> Saffron walden> cambridge> kings lynn.....or alternatively braintree? Castle hedingham> thetford forest and up from there.
Good youth hostles in Safrn walden?cambridge/Kngs lyn/wells next the sea/castle hedingham...but it depends on where in Norfolk
