Anyone booked a taster ride at the Olympic Velo track?

Before pulling the trigger and booking this..Has anyone had any experience with the £30 taster sessions at the Olympic indoor track Stratford.
Looks good fun and something I fancy trying..all equipment is supplied was wondering if anyone can give me a heads up with the experience and what I can expect for my money.

I'd love to know too. I've only ever ridden a hybrid and a few miles on my new road bike - both of which have flat pedals so bit unsure as to what to expect!
