Anybody who ordered from Specialized concept online store recently?

Hi, guys
I just ordered new saddle on specialized concept store on 24th June and it's still "processing"
I read their announcement that the delivery will take more than 10+days but......just wanna guess when can it be.
To make a call or visit store would be the best way but i'm abroad so it's not easy
So if anybody who ordered from specialized concept store recently, Please share your order state

I bought a bike from the Chester store. The back wheel went out of true so they sent me a new one by Parcel Farce. It was collected but never scanned in and never arrived. PF also lost some other bike bits sent to me, I believe somebody at PF is looting the mail.

Always been a big fan, bought my last bike from them, but round the corner so eezy peezy. Helpful bunch, give them a call and ask for Dave!
