I've got myself into a routine of listening to some instead of music at the moment. Been doing the Mark Thomas one, Football weekly from the Guardian, Meet the Author from i tunes.

For cycling stuff I listen to the Fredcast
Tri-talk has just started going again, which I've found interesting in the past
Friday night comedy (currently the news quiz) is always good for a laugh, as is Scotland's funny bits
I get them all through I-Tunes

The best podcast around is Armstrong and Miller's Timeghost from Times Online. Fabulous stuff it is and all.

The wonderful Three From Leith podcast is always a good bet ...

(though I'm taking a podcasting break just now and starting again in March).

Try 'Top Of The Pods' (www.topofthepods.com) with Rob and Jon too - now no more, but the shows are all still there for listening to. Two guys, a listener-submitted top ten of something-or-other, and much hilarity.

The Bob & AJ Show is another fave of mine; two Canadians who get together for the odd discussion and music. Doesn't sound like much from that description, but they're great company and usually very funny.

I like the Radio 5 film review podcast with Simon Mayo and Mark Kermode. Always good for a Kermodian rant.
