Any ideas on this one ?

Somebody suggested Claud Butler International Club Classic but i dont agree with that seat clamp .

Nothing like that seat clamp on Clauds or Grubbs that I have looked at so far

at this moment of time seller has gone quiet on me , plans were to to build it up cheaply to see what it rode like and do some more investigation on it as i rode it but at mo waiting to hear back from seller
