Any ideas what this is?

Had this hanging up on the shed wall for a while wondering what to do with it. No idea what it is, looks like it's had a respray and the respray is in poor nick. Possibly an old Raleigh? Person I got it from seemed to think it was and the stem is Raleigh branded but no other markings other than serial number which is hard to read under the rust and paint

I thought of Raleigh (which it is because of the fixed cup) but the holes for the head badge are vertical............how about a Sun GT 5 (from the Raleigh stable)?

hey! I got one of these in my basement - I think it could be a Triumph Traffic Master - the details and colour are a perfect match. Although my forks are a little different...

The cable guide on the BB is the same as my BSA (Raleigh era). Cable guide on the headset is the same as well.
