Any idea what Raleigh this could be?

I've seen this on the bay of E.
But other than being a 70's/80's 3 speed with a dynamo rear hub there are no identification decals.
Any ideas?

No idea what model but it looks tidy to me
Paint scheme looks similar apart from colour difference to a Triumph Palm beach

BITD blue metallic bikes like that were either catalogue or export, not something that springs to mind from the UK Raleigh catalogue. Mind you the memory isn't what it used to be lol
