Any good ProBikeKit experiences?

As per title I'm wondering if anyone has had good service from PBK rather than bad service which I've seen before. I'm after some gear and they are among the cheapest but also have 10% off a first order.

I've had a few bits. No complaints. But no free returns I think which could be a risk when buying clothing. They wouldn't be my first choice but probably because of the returns thing (would get an Evans match instead)

Quidco too which helps. Think they are also part of The Hut which got bought out some time in the past

Ordered plenty from PBK. Only once had an issue, where parcel was left outside my door and was stolen. Not their fault, but the courier. Did took 2 weeks to get resolved though, but again the courier has to do their bit checking, etc.

Wouldn't hesitate to order from them again mind you @Kevoffthetee.

I used www.mantel.com/uk recently for new wheels. Way cheaper than the UK stockists and arrived 3rd week of December, only 3 days after an evening order. Amazing, seeing as though they are based in Holland. Prices were even cheaper then, but change daily with Euro rate.

I ordered stuff and it arrived promptly. They were easily the cheapest for the tyres I was after at the time

I keep an eye on PBK for special offers and have picked up some great deals from them. I've always found their delivery impressively quick too.

but am suspicious as it says "usually despatched within two weeks".

I mean "usually"?

two weeks?

sounds like the old game of not actually having stuff in stock.

so no idea when it might arrive - and as I move around a bit this could be tricky.

Used them not a problem I had to return the item in the end. But again great service sent a link for a return label cost me nothing.
Happy to use them again.

Why not just call them and ask what the stock situation is for that specific item?
