any good hills around reading area?

i live in woodley which is just outside of reading and i was wondering if anybody knew of any killer hills in a 20 mile ish radius, just want to have a challenge also, anbody know of any goood 50 mile loop rides in the near area?

I occasionally take a bike with me when we go for a long weekend to the inlaws at Crowthorne, which is not too far from your manor.

From there I ride due north to Stokenchurch via Henley Hambleden & Ibstone in the chiltern hills. There are a few 6% as you get into the Hills in the Ibstone CP area. For me its abot 55miles round trip, for you I guess 40 miles? Its pretty much uphill (600ft of ascent) all the way but that's great coming back.

OK, its not the peak district, but its the best I found down there.

harlech!!!! thats in wales!! im not that good yet!! i would love to do some rides around scotland or the french mountains but sadley that will have to wait untill i find huge amounts of money and get away from school but i have to say... bikehike is very good thank you very much!!
